Why I Had To Create MPWR Group Coaching

I Was Stuck:

I grew up with very little. My family struggled financially, and from a young age, I learned what it meant to fight for everything.
At 19, I became a mom, balancing college, motherhood, and a dream that felt completely out of reach.
Eventually, I stopped prioritizing myself. I lost my confidence, my direction, and my sense of purpose.
The voice in my head kept repeating, “You’re not good enough.”
I hit a low point, I was desperate for a change.

My Breakthrough Happened When I Made A Promise To Myself:

In that moment, I made a promise to myself:
“I am going to show my kids what strength really looks like” 
”I am going to show them their circumstances do not define their potential in life”
That decision changed everything. I started taking care of myself again- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I dove into personal development, rebuilt my confidence, and eventually rented my first “gym”, a broken-down Pizza Hut, to train women who felt just like I once did.

Fast Forward To Today:

I found my purpose: helping women become the strongest versions of themselves, inside and out.
Since then, I’ve coached over 30,000 women around the world, helping them break cycles, rebuild confidence, and rise into their power.

Hope over fear

We are one session in and I can already feel weight being lifted. Fear of failure and limiting beliefs about who I am and what I am capable of have always sat on my shoulders.
