This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how MPWR Method LLC ("we," "us," and/or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from individuals ("you" and/or "your") who access and use our online community, mobile or other downloadable applications, SMS and MMS messaging programs, and related services (collectively, the "Community"). Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of the Community is also subject to our Terms of Service and, where applicable, our SMS Terms.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases (for example, if we plan to use your information in a way that materially differs from this Privacy Policy), we will provide you with additional notice such as sending you a notification or SMS alert, where appropriate.

Data Minimization Commitment
We collect only the minimum amount of personal information that is reasonably necessary to operate the Community, provide the services you request (such as our 12-week transformation protocol, mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, and performance training), support our SMS and MMS messaging programs, and comply with applicable law. We do not collect information that is not relevant to these purposes.

Personal Information You Provide to Us
Registration and Profile Information.
When you open an account with us through the Community ("Account"), we may ask you to provide identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information you choose to provide to access coaching sessions or program materials.
Communications.
We may also collect identifiers, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and other information you choose to provide, when you participate in any interactive features of the Community (like messaging for coaching support), fill out intake forms for our transformation protocol, publish statements on our platform, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
Messages Between Members.
When you communicate with other members through the Community (such as in group coaching spaces), we may receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages, such as when they were sent or received.
Content.
We may collect other content and information you share through the Community when you submit progress updates, comments, or participate in online coaching communities.
Payment Information.
If you enroll in paid programs like our weekly live group coaching, your payment-related information is collected solely to process your transaction.
Personal Information That May Be Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Community or enroll in our programs, we may automatically collect information about how you access and use the Community and information about the device you use, including:
Device Identifiers.
Identifiers such as your IP address, device type, and identifiers associated with cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information ("Usage Information").
Information such as browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and session duration to improve access to coaching content and track program engagement.
Geolocation Information.
Approximate location derived from your IP address. You can stop precise location collection at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
Information From Cookies and Similar Technologies.
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and basic analytics. Review your browser settings to manage them; disabling may limit features like saved coaching progress.
Personal Information Collected from Third-Party Sources
We may receive limited information about you from interactions within the Community, such as member-shared content. We do not purchase data from brokers or collect from external sources for marketing.
SMS and MMS Information We Collect
When you opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us (such as coaching reminders, mindset tips, nutrition updates, or performance protocol alerts), we collect:
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your name, if provided.
- Message content you send in replies.
- Delivery data like timestamps and response status.
This supports our 12-week transformation program and ongoing coaching. We comply with TCPA, CTIA, and 10DLC rules.
How We Use Personal Information
We use information solely to:
- Deliver coaching services, including weekly live calls, mindset protocols, nutrition plans, and performance training.
- Process enrollments and maintain transaction records.
- Send service notices, program updates, and support messages.
- Provide customer service for your transformation journey.
- Share MPWR Method offers, promotions, and coaching content via consented channels like SMS where appropriate.

No unrelated uses or profiling occur.

All processing occurs internally by MPWR Method LLC, limited to service delivery and legal compliance.
We may disclose limited information only if required by law:

- To protect rights, property, or safety of MPWR Method LLC, users, or others.
SMS and MMS Messaging Policy
Opting in (via forms, checkboxes, or keywords) consents you to automated SMS/MMS from MPWR Method LLC for account updates, coaching reminders (e.g., live call schedules, mindset exercises), transactional alerts, and promotional offers about our transformation protocol.
- Frequency varies (e.g., 1-4 messages/month for promotions; more for active coaching).
- Standard carrier rates apply.
- Sent via approved A2P 10DLC channels.
You confirm authority over the number provided. Consent is MPWR Method LLC-specific only.
Children's Privacy
The Community is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. No one under the age of 16 is authorized to provide any personal information through the Community. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Third-Party Sites
The Community may contain links to other websites. These other websites are not controlled by us. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website that collects personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. Visiting these other websites is at your own risk.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
We apply the same security standards to messaging-related data and maintain safeguards intended to protect your mobile phone number, SMS and MMS opt-in information, and message history from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Transfer of Information to the U.S. from Other Countries
The Community is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use the Community from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then you acknowledge that you are transferring your personal information to the U.S. for storage and processing. By providing any information on or to the Community, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
Retention of Information
We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate the Community, maintain records of your consents and communications, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or de-identify it.
SMS and MMS data, including opt-in and opt-out records, message content where applicable, and messaging metadata, is retained only for as long as necessary to manage your messaging preferences, support service operations, and comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements.
Your Choices
Account Information.
You may update and correct certain Account information you provide to us at any time by logging into your Account. If you wish to delete or deactivate your Account, you may email us at the address below, but we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Location Information.
If you initially consent to our collection of location information through the Community, you can stop the collection of this information at any time through your device's operating system settings. If you do so, certain features may no longer function properly.
Marketing Communications (Email).
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in those emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages that are necessary to provide the services you request.
SMS and MMS Opt-Out.
You can opt out of receiving SMS or MMS marketing messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may also opt out of SMS or MMS messages by contacting us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.
Even after you opt out of receiving promotional SMS or MMS messages, you may still receive non-marketing messages, such as messages related to your account, transactions, or support requests, where permitted by applicable law.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts.
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Do Not Track.
There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
Do Not Call and TCPA Compliance
We comply with applicable telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related Federal Communications Commission rules, for calls and text messages that we send. We obtain the level of consent required for the type of messages we send, including any prior express consent or prior express written consent required for marketing messages, and we honor applicable Do Not Call requests and internal suppression lists.
